ITIL Implementation Consultant
We are currently seeking highly motivated, customer-focused IT Consultants and Senior Consultants to deliver quality standard and tailored consulting services to our clients. You will demonstrate your superior project management skills as you establish and implement our IT Management best practices and processes within our clients' IT division.
You have demonstrated experience in IT process management practices such as change management, service level management, service desk management, capacity and problem management, preferably using the ITIL framework. Exceptional oral and written communication skills are required as you will be responsible for communicating with IT executives, producing value-added reports and conducting polished presentations. You will also contribute to our corporate philosophy of continually meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Successful candidates will have five or more years of IT Service Management experience and a related post-secondary education. Candidates must have the ability and enthusiasm to travel throughout Asia.
ITIL IT Service Manager
Certification is a strong
asset along with Project
Management skills in PRINCE2
or PMP. When applying

We are currently seeking highly motivated, dynamic Trainers with the creativity and drive to take our education programs to new heights. We currently have Trainer opportunities Singapore, China, Malaysia and Australia offices. In this position, you will deliver high-quality, customer-focused training to our clients.
You will also contribute to our corporate philosophy of continually meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Qualified candidates require
five or more years of IT
Service Management experience
and a minimum of three years
experience in training delivery.
Successful candidates must
possess a post-secondary
education, an ITIL Service
Manager or V3 Expert certificate
and have the
stamina and enthusiasm to
travel extensively throughout
Asia Pacific. When
